Noël Steinfeld is a Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s South Florida division specializing in Office Agency and Tenant Representation.  Her responsibilities include providing her clients the full complement of transaction expertise, from property marketing, financial analysis, overall strategy implementation and lease negotiations.  With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Steinfeld has proven expertise from handling a multitude of complex transactions involving existing core assets, as well as new development projects.  She specializes in property re-positioning and working with her clients to develop ongoing strategies to anticipate and adapt to the dynamic South Florida office market.  

 

Ms. Steinfeld holds a B.A. from the University of Idaho, and an M.A. from the University of Oregon.  She is a member of NAIOP, CREW, the Beacon Council, and the Brickell Area Association, and is active in many community organizations such as the Miami Light Project and several animal welfare organizations.
